How can I be sure you are a legitimate company?
We have taken extra steps to give our customers peace of mind when ordering from us. Our company is registered with Companies House UK (www.companieshouse.gov.uk), our VAT registration can be verified HMRC (www.hmrc.gov.uk), and we are also members of the Federation of Small Business (http://www.fsb.org.uk). We encourage all customers to do their own background research on any potential suppliers.
How can I order from you?
Only registered members can order from us. Please complete our trade application form available here. Once your account is approved, you will be able to place orders online. You will also have a dedicated account manager to answer any queries you have about purchasing products from us.
How long will it take for my account to be set up?
Upon receipt of all the relevant documents, most accounts are opened within 24 hours.
Do I have to be a registered business to apply for a trade/dropship account?
No, we accept most applications as long as you are a reseller and not the end-consumer. Your application will be assessed as per our normal process.
Do you accept international accounts?
Yes, we accept accounts from all over the world.
Do you offer a dropshipping service?
Yes, all registered trade accounts are entitled to free dropshipping. Please note, this is only on the minimum order basis; we do not dropship single units of any item. During checkout, you will be given the option of changing the delivery address so that your order can be delivered direct to your customer. We will not send them anything to say that the order has come from us, and all paperwork (eg. invoices) will be sent to you.
What is a VAT Certificate?
It is a Certificate provided by UK Custom & Excise to companies that qualify for VAT. If you are pending your VAT number, then you can still apply for an account, so please enter ‘Pending’; however, we would require a copy to be sent to us once you are in receipt of the certificate. If you do not qualify for VAT, please enter ‘Not VAT registered.’
What is a company registration number?
All companies registered at Companies House are issued with a certificate of incorporation and a registration number. This acts like a birth certificate for the company. It is essential this is provided when applying, as we use this number to identify further sources of information to expedite your application.
Ordering
Do your prices include or exclude VAT?
All prices shown on our website and pricelists are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. The total VAT will be added to your order during checkout.
Do you offer wholesale discounts?
Yes, simply select a bulk quantity, and your order total will automatically be discounted depending on the chosen quantity.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
We aim to deliver all UK orders within 3 business days, and all international orders within 5 business days. Business days do not include weekends or UK public holidays.
How do I ship directly to my customer (dropship)?
During checkout, you will be given the option to specify a different address for delivery than that you have registered with us. Your registered address will be used as the invoice address. Dropshipping is only available to users paying by BACS/CHAPS transfer to avoid fraudulent transactions by card.
What payment methods do you accept?
Our preferred method of payment is by BACS/CHAPS transfer. This will also ensure the quickest delivery time for your order. However, we also take payment by cheque (no fee), or credit/debit card (2% fee). Payment must be cleared before we are able to release goods to you. Payment details will be provided upon completion of your order.
Can I collect my order from your premises?
We are an internet based company only and do not operate retail premises and therefore cannot facilitate collections. To ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, all orders are dispatched directly from our warehouse or from one of our suppliers depending on stock availability.
