Terms & Conditions

The terms below govern the contractual relation between the customer ("you/your") and MJ Distribution ("us/we/our"), a trading brand of AMARA B2B Solutions Ltd.

1 - Payments & Orders
1.1 - All payments made to us must be made in £ GBP (Great British Pounds Sterling). The final price will be specified in GBP on the invoice once you have placed your order.

1.2 - Payments to us must be made within 5 business days of making an order. If payment is not received, you will be sent a reminder. If payment is not made by the 7th business day, your order will be cancelled.

1.3 - MJ Distribution is unable to reduce the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for any product, to any customer, under and circumstances. Minimum orders quantities will depend on your exact order. As a guide, the minimum order requirements are a total order/cart value of £200 AND a minimum of 2 products in your order.

1.4 - We are unable to accept any other payment methods, other than those offered.

1.5 - Payment for orders made to us, must be cleared and confirmed before the goods are released for despatch.

2 - Delivery & Shipping
2.1 - We cannot take any responsibility for any import duties, customs tax or VAT charged upon delivery. We will ship goods to you from the nearest available source to help minimise these costs. The origin of stock is available upon request.

2.2 - Delivery times may take longer than specified for some orders. If you or your customer have not received goods, please allow up to 5 extra days before contacting us. We try our best to ensure the quickest possible delivery time. Delivery is normally made within 5 business days of payment clearing.

2.3 - We do not deliver to International PO Box or APO addresses, or war zone locations.

2.4 - We do not deliver to the following countries: Nigeria, Ghana and Ethiopia.

2.5 - Delivery times may be delayed due to high demand or general postage delays.

3 - Returns
3.1 - We do not offer any refunds or returns unless the product/service is significantly different from that described, or specified in your order. Returns are not accepted if your order is not compatible with the destination country. As we are a business to business only company, the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 do not apply to any transactions you make with us.

3.2 - Any returns must be made within 5 business days of receipt. We must be notified of any faults, damages etc. within 3 working days of receiving the goods. If a product goes faulty after this period, please contact the manufacturer directly who may be able to offer their own warranty on the product. We do not offer any other warranty to cover against manufacturer faults or damages. Shipping costs for returns/exchanges (outward/return) are non-refundable.

4 - Limitation & Liability
4.1 - We do not take responsibility for the damage of goods in transit.

4.2 - We do not take responsility to any harm, injury or death caused by products distributed within its channels. If you have a complaint about any product, please contact the manufacturer direct.

4.3 - We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

5 - General Terms
5.1 - The term "wholesale" applies to the selling of products in bulk quantities. Wholesale prices are defined as prices given when ordering more than one unit of a particular item.

5.2 - The subscription fee payable for any services or intangible products including account memberships is non-refundable unless a service or product offered is significantly different to that received. Refund requests due to misunderstandings will not be accepted. We therefore encourage all customers to do their own research before applying for a trade account or purchasing any intangible service or product.

5.3 - You have the right to cancel your Premium account subscription at any time by giving us 30 days notice in writing. However, if you do so, you will forfeit any loyalty discounts and will have to reapply as a new customer if you wish to reinstate the service. If prior notice is not received, your Premium account will automatically be renewed at the end of your membership period for the same duration at the current applicable rate for such membership.

5.4 - All rights, including copyright in this website are owned by or licensed to us. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without prior permission from us. You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on this website for any purpose.

5.5 - We have taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. Packaging may vary from that shown. The weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. Similarly, product images represented on the website are for illustration purposes only, and may differ from the actual product available.

5.6 - We make every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it wont cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website and screen out anything that may damage it. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.

5.7 - Any disclaimers and exclusions of liability in these terms & conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by our or our employees/agents' negligence. These disclaimers and exclusions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Law. If any provisions of these disclaimers and exclusions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

5.8 - There may be legal notices on other areas of this website which relate to your use of this website, all of which will, together with these terms & conditions govern your use of this website.

5.9 - We reserve the right to change these terms & conditions without prior notice, and you should look through them as often as possible.
